Knit Craft India has a strong Woven and Knit Apparel Supplier base in India. The Factories we are working with are well equipped with modern machineries, latest technologies to maintain the stringent quality standards and manufacture quality standards and manufacture quality products in minimal turnaround time. Both Woven and Knit suppliers are system driven, have planned manufacturing to give customer a high satisfaction. They meet universally accepted compliance standards.

SPINNING

Our Knit Factories have kept themselves abreast with latest technology. In order to manufacture high quality cotton yarns, very rich mixing of cotton is used. Yarns are spun on high precision ring frame with ring data monitoring systems with yarn quality with in 5% uster of international standards.

WEAVING

High Tech weaving machines, weaving delicate fabrics without any blemishes, these machines can also design the most complicated and elaborate patterns into the fabric to be as per with latest trends in Fashion.

KNITTING

The state of art Knitting Machines imported form Mayer & Cie (Germany), Orizio (Italy), Jumberica (Spain) and Terrot (Germany), Fukuhara of Japan, Unitex & Falmac. Most of the Machines are equipped with special attachments to produce lycra fabrics. Japanese colllar making machines from Matsuya and Shima Seiki are used.

PROCESSING

The Dyeing Units are equipped with modernized Softflow / Airflow Machines like AKM (Taiwan), ACME (Taiwan), THIES (Germany), HUNG JYI (Japan) Stentering Machine, WEIES (Germany) Padding Machine, HANJI (Taiwan) Fabric Dryer. Processing Units have individual effluent Water Treatment Plant.

PRODUCTION

The Production Unit is equipped with TAJIMA / BARUDAN (Japan) Embroidery Machines. Latest Sewing Machines are used for making quality Products.
